This is where it all began...
Did you know that Bella Vista use to be a farm? The family farm that is now Bella Vista had served the previous family well for more than a hundred years.
It has been almost 20 years...
Bella Vista plans were drawn up and prepared for recording at the
Cumberland County Recorders office in November of 2004. Soon after, the model home was built, a parking lot for visitors was in place across the street, and the construction foreman's trailer was moved into place.
Lots, Lots, Lots
K. Hovnanian was on the move selling homes in phase one. Soon afterwards, Charter Homes took over phase 2. Before you knew it, 55 great homes were built and the Bella Vista Community Association was in place!
